We were struggling with a complex wound of our participant, someone suggested VICNA's wound nursing services. They were prompt with accepting the referral and scheduling the nurse visits. Our participant even thinks now that it was VICNA's amazing wound nurses that saved him from the surgery. Since that experience, we have sent dozens of referrals of different complex nursing services their way, and 9 months later we are yet to hear any complaints from any of the partcipant.

I found these guys from Clickability itself. I was looking for 6 weekly nursing service - my IDC change. I am capable of changing my leg bags and night bags etc, i just needed nurse to come and change every 6 weeks or sooner if blocked. I rang several providers who advertised to provide that service, but to my surprise they all had one motive to try and convince me to give them more hous for things like leg bag change, that I can already do. When I spoke to VICNA's General Manager she assured me that she will make sure that I have my 6 weekly cathetr change visits as required. Since then, I have had a smooth service and they are flexible too for when I call them and ask for a change of day or time, they are very accommodating.
