I worked with VIVA for 11 month and i loved the philosophy of the company and love working in teams to improve the wellbeing of our clients. As time went on I noticed that other support workers did not have the same passion for team work and going to team meetings. So in the end I was very frustrated with the team and I left the company to find other employment that would satisfy my need to work in a team environment.
