Western Care Support is an amazing NDIS service provider operating in Adelaide SA. It has a very helpful team that helps in giving the upmost care to the clients. They are very responsive to the client's needs and outstanding in NDIS SIL provider. Especially Sam is very responsive and he cares for staff every time. I am a parent of a western care client who will only accept quality care with maximum client choice & control. I have found this with western care. Western care management, particularly the team leader, are very accommodating with assisting clients to live their best lives by prioritising the clients preferences. When support workers cannot be mentored successfully by the experienced team leader to uphold the quality standards of care required by families, those support workers are then deemed not a good fit. Families ask for these unsuitable workers to be removed from working with their loved ones. This is their right regarding choice & control as stated in the Ndis legislation. As a family member I have exercised this choice & control and have had poor quality workers removed. These workers sadly think quality care is to speak a foreign language or watch a foreign film whilst on shift is appropriate care. I’m so very fortunate to have a provider such as western care, who work closely with families to protect our vulnerable loved ones from unscrupulous support workers who think support work is for their own benefit and not the clients. I Thoroughly recommend this provider, management and especially the team leader for their commitment to their clients. As it should be.

Of course I am biased I love Western Care they look after me and have given me a beautiful home to live in and to share in with a SIL house mate my beautiful Dee and Toby her lovely baby boy assisted dog! All the support caregivers are amazing and we have 24 hours care 7 days a week! They are all Angels and I sometimes don’t know how they put up with me! I’m intellectually and physically disabled and some days are better than others I think I can honestly admit that sometimes I can prove to be a bit challenging and chaotic and unreasonable and terrible person because I am so not perfect in anyway at all but these people at Western Care are all lovely people and all support me and others just like me they really are helpful and they are here for us in the good times and the bad times in the sad and grieving and lonely times and I should know having my beautiful Daddy pass away about 5 months or so ago I was beside myself and I was so sad so upset and I am still grieving his loss to this day but with the help of my family and the help of Western Care and of My Support team through McArthur Care I am getting by and yes life does throw challenges all the time but thanks to my support team and thanks to my house manager Liz and Mavi and Amit and all my support caregivers including Molli Cricket Reggie and Erin and Sazel and Mini and Commel and Millions of others that I could name including the friends that I have made Dee and Trish my world has opened up over the past year that I have been with Western Care I don’t know how I can thank all these beautiful people for becoming a part of my family and for helping me and my family and for being such good friends caring for me is not easy I know I have had to live with me for 56 years and sometimes quite frankly if I could divorce myself from myself I would I am no spring chicken and I am not as sweet as a rose I can be a cheeky troublemaker and I’m not perfect and I’m am very sorry when I go to far apart from that all of you have given me a sense of purpose and my life is so much better if I won the lottery right now I’ d give you all 50% I need the other 50% to buy my dream home and dream car dream yacht and dream acres of land and dream swimming pool and dream spa and dream sauna and dream tennis basketball court and dream furniture dream wardrobe dream nose job dream face lift dream everything tucked into its right places to be called a dream body and then my dream Bradley Cooper and dream Johnny Depp and dream Tom Selleck and I would definitely have a Zoo and a farm and a just an everything that I can possibly and probably imagine with my 50% of the Millions of dollars lottery that I would win but I realistically have to rethink my multi million dollar lottery win to move likely a GAZILLION DOLLARS LOTTERY WINNING because I have so so much to do with it and then with my 50% I must share with family and friends anyway now that everyone knows my hopes and dreams let me say further I have been blessed in having Western Care be such an important influence on my life I want to thank all of you for being here for me. I truly appreciate all of you and you have always listen to me first I have come a long way thanks to you encouragement and guidance I love you all so very much and I hope you can get to all read this because I want you to know I am as here for you all as you are for me bless you all from Sharon Alderslade! I wish I could give you all more than 5 stars I would give you 1000 stars if I could and you are so supportive of my Doggy’s Rosie and Pickles and George who is a South African Quaker Blue Parrot Bird and not a Doggy to my current knowledge and Dee’s Beautiful assistant doggy Toby we truly are blessed so thank you guys you are all the best forever love Shammy 🐶🐶🐶🐦😍🥰❤️
