Looks great on the website, the reality is far from that though. Basically they go through the motions and write fake records about what was “ achieved “ for clients whereas in reality the days are actually planned around what suits the staff and gives them the cruisiest day. I recently saw these guys with clients at the Castlemaine salvos op shop, the staff were just shopping for themselves while the clients followed behind. Apparently they’re under investigation by NDIS, which isn’t surprising!
