Yay Today is a relief to work with because they actually treat you like a human being rather than an NDIS plan number. The staff are genuinely good people, easy to talk to, approachable, and they clearly care about the families they support. It has a real family-first feel, and their approach is personalized so it doesn't feel clinical or rigid. It’s just great to deal with a team that listens and puts in the effort to understand what your day-to-day life is actually like.

I really like yay, everyone is very friendly and nice and I like it a lot!! The classes are fun and there are always fun things to do. I feel calm and happy when I am there and making friends with everyone
