You First

Couldn’t have made it through the last few weeks without the team at You First. All my funding got cut and I was made plan managed and I was so nervous about money being paid out without me knowing about it but You First have an app and I still get to approve all invoices so nothing gets paid unless I’ve said it can. It’s like being self managed without the hassle of all the paperwork and I wish I’d done it years ago now. I’ve had to call the You First team quite a bit to get my head round how it all works but everyone has been super helpful and always seem happy to talk to me and explain what I need to do. It’s nice knowing I don’t have to spend time trying to work stuff out myself anymore and stressing I’ve got it wrong I can just pick up the phone and ask.

Recently registered with You First for Plan Management and so far these guys have been great with calling us back, sending invoices to me to approve and paying invoices really quickly and the portal is easy to use once I got logged in. Much better than my last plan manager and will definitely recommend them to people when they ask me for a good plan manager

Was told about You First from a friend but I was really nervous about having support workers for first time. Wish I hadn't waited so long as everyone I've met at You First has been really helpful and it has taken time to get used to having support workers around I am so glad I choose this company so I can recommend them highly

I've tried a few different providers over the years and like most people had bad, terrible and some great services. You First are up there with the best for me. It took a bit longer to get going with them than with some others I've used as they do come and meet with you face to face. This worked better for me though as I felt I knew who I was dealing with and was able to ask questions before I decided to sign up and use them.

Great service from You First with really great Support Workers
