Don’t bother with these people, you will never be first, you’ll be last! I need to add to this, since you responded with a lie! My carer was back from placement, you just wanted to be in control and wanted to send him else where just because you felt like it. You told me clearly on the phone that that’s not how you work, that I couldn’t have a permanent carer!! Also what’s with having to give you seven days notice for cancellation, you wanted to send me carer even if I was half dead!!!!
