Google MapsHave done 2 AFOs through Zortex in a span of 12 months. Though the second AFO had issues initially, Zortex was quick to resolce the concerns to our satisfaction. And that is what finally matters. Thank you Stuart and Zortex team.

Google MapsAbsolute rubbish! My son has been in AFO's his whole life! He's 31 now and so he's had many custom AFO's! These weren't the worst but very close! I posted my one star review immediately after we received the not custom AFO's but it seems to have been removed! So here's a new one! Absolute rubbish service and rubbish products!

Google MapsWe have found out our baby girl's head was misshaped when she was 1 month old. Then, we have contacted Zortex when our baby was 2 months old and have waited until she was 4.5 months old to begin the therapy. We are so glad we made the decision to start the therapy earlier although our GP and Paediatrician advised us to wait for her head to grow back by itself. It was much easier for our baby to start the therapy earlier as she didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Also, it takes less effort to put the helmet on her every day for parents. Overall, we had a very good experience with Zortex. Thank you, Amelia. You are so patient to answer my silly questions. We truly appreciate your effort and recommend any family having this concern to get in touch with Zortex.

Google MapsWe had a wonderful experience with our child at Zortex Orthotics. The staff were kind and compassionate with my 3 month old as he needed to get his head measured for a helmet. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with detailed report and a number of options to help us move forward and assist our child. Could not have been happier with our experience, highly recommend
