My wife and I are both clients of First Care and we both have nothing but gratitude for what they have provided us. Our case manager has anticipated many of our needs and given valuable advice when it was needed. Our main carer is Mylan Tri who has helped with basic services such as cleaning, cooking and transport for medical appointments. She also helps my wife shower three times a week. On a personal note it must be said that Mylan has become a friend to both of us, often providing emotional support by talking through problems with us. It’s hard to imagine life without her assistance. As well as services, First Care has provided us with many useful items for elderly people, such as wheelie walkers and a mobility scooter. We might not have these without First Cares financial assistance. We feel very fortunate to have First Care as our aged care provider. Mylan and her co-workers have the gratitude of all those in our sunset community.

Highly recommend this organisation who looked after my mother in Melbourne. The care received was exceptional from the admin staff to the carers who put in long hours to keep my mother comfortable. Thank you

Mum enjoys going to every events with 1st care community. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are graciously patient with not just mum, but with all other clients. They organized many suitable fun activities at each events. The staff encouraged everyone to get involved in activities and participated in the fun. No one was left out.

My dad received CHSP service from1st Care's service. We are very impressive with the service we received. From management to cleaner staff, they are all very polite and efficient. Amazing people. All of our needs and requests received prompt and accurate answers! I would also be happy to introduce other friends to choose 1st care Community. 5 star service provider. Highly recommended.
