I’m currently sitting on a train heading to the city and watching your staff more occupied with her phone than she is with the resident she is supposed to be looking after. Such a common and sad occurrence. Not good at all is it?

I have been using disability supports & respite services for a few years before I found this organisation. The staff at 4lifeskills go above and beyond in making my life easier. They LISTENED and provided support staff who matched my criteria. I personally give credit to: Tilly, Nathaly, Alejandra and Trish. Each of these individuals have given me a sense of independence, respect and compassion.
