Google MapsStore decided to lose me as a 10+ year customer rather than give $25 store credit over a defective lunch tiffin. True, it didn't say "watertight" on the package, but a huge amount of the food inside leaked out...it did not do what it was supposed to do, but the store clerk decided this was an exception to their returns policy. I had been shopping here for years, happily paying their high prices, but retailers just couldn't care less about service anymore. I guess it's only Kitchen Stuff Plus or Amazon from now on.

Google MapsHad purchased gifts and various kitchen items here before but will not be shopping here anymore. Super disappointed about their return policy. Purchased an electronic spice grinder. Tried it at home and discovered it doesn't work well. It makes a mess and sprays ground spices everywhere. Tried to return the product but was told I could not as it had already been used. How is one to determine that a product is problematic without using it? I had considered buying the same product at a big box store for cheaper but I was willing to spend a few extra dollars to support local. Will not be shopping here again unfortunately!

Google MapsI've bought many items at IQ living over the years for my home, business and also as gifts for friends and have always been happy with my purchases and my experience in the store. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they stand behind their products. My most memorable experience was when the owner had been in my place of business and noticed that the mechanics of my Simple Human trash can were malfunctioning. I was unaware of this issue, and to my pleasant surprise, he showed up the very next day with a brand new replacement! Now that's customer service!
