Thoroughly helpful and professional. Provided us with just the right wheelchair at short notice to help with a recent injury, making sure it did what we needed and was suitable for the purpose. Excellent service.

I would score them a zero star review if I could. Purchased our sons latest walker from here and have had nothing but problems with it. Has been back to there service department several times only to returned to us in the same condition. Sub standard service at exorbitant prices. After taking it back for the second time after not fixing the problem the first time they wanted another $150 to look at it again after telling them they hadn't fixed it the first time. Unfortunately just another business price gouging the NDIS.
