Ac Mobility Pty Ltd

Went there. Looked at products. Waited and waited for someone to serve me. The girls in the office were too busy chatting to be bothered serving anyone. So do not recommend. In my business customer service comes first. Thats how we survive.

Exceptional staff they brought out several rwalkers to try. Prompt service and allowed me to keep the one I decided "airgo" so I could have it immediately. Cannot rate this company and service high enough. Products give you plenty to choose from and all at reasonable prices. Thank you A C Mobility.

I recently purchased some 'rollator handle cover gelraps' for my Dad's walker as he kept tearing his skin on the hard handles of his walker. The order was very quick to arrive and was very well priced. Highly recommend.

I regret placing a $7k order with this organization. I'm still waiting for the delivery and no communication for the delay whatsoever. Like other have mentioned, there are great range of products but customer service need immediate attention. I would not purchase here again.

Called these guys trying to source a wheelchair ramp for hire as we wanted to accommodate our clients appointment more comfortably, but I was having a really hard time finding someone that could help. Annette was so wonderful and went above and beyond to help, sourcing me something that was perfect for our needs at a very very low price from their own stock, her service was remarkable and I highly recommend using this company. Their values were definitely in line with their great service, 5 stars all round!
