Accelerate Nutrition

I have been working with Julian for quite some time now. He is an absolute pleasure to work with from sorting all my nutrition from everyday/ work life to triathlons. His knowledge is second to none I cannot recommend him enough.

Julian is one of the best dieticians I have seen. Not only is his knowledge is valuable, he is incredibly supportive when it comes to your diet goals. He also makes me feel empowered when I hit my goals.

Julian has been the absolute greatest support in helping me become the healthiest version of myself- mentally and physically. Not only is he a wizard at his job, he’s so easy to talk to and super bubbly, making it so easy to voice all my feelings. He’s been a rock this year for me. Can’t recommend enough!

Caitlin’s warm and friendly approach and her extensive knowledge of evidence-based nutrition made it a pleasure to meet with her. She took an extensive history of my past experiences and current symptoms and was able to use up-to-date information and methods to help me test and diagnose my food intolerances, leaving me confident with the results. Previously I had been through a long and complex journey with other practitioners which had led to inconclusive results. I highly recommend Caitlin as her compassion and focus on education helps to really empower her clients to achieve optimum dietary health.

Julian has been a great support with our son's nutrition and wellbeing. He is reliable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
