Accelerate Nutrition

I am currently working with Julian while taking Wegovy. I have tried many weight loss approaches which have only caused eventual weight gain. I worked with Julian for over a year before starting Wegovy. He has become a coach and mentor. He is warm, kind and positive. There is no judgement and when I stumble there is no shame. He is also extremely knowledgeable and a great source of tweaks and alternatives should we need to pivot. I highly recommend.

Julian is hands down the best in the business! Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he is also incredibly friendly and bubbly. He helped me reduce my cholesterol levels in just a few months using a nutrition plan and lifestyle changes. I get the impression that he truly cares about his clients and is extremely passionate. I highly recommend Julian for any of your diet and nutrition needs 💪🏼

Julian at Accelerate Nutrition has been absolutely amazing in supporting my daughter’s nutritional journey over the past six months. As a sports nutritionist, he has helped her optimise her diet to ensure her body is fuelled with the best energy for the high demands of her training. The results we’ve seen are nothing short of impressive! Julian is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to talk to, making every session both informative and enjoyable. He takes an individualised approach, accommodating all food preferences and dietary needs while ensuring his recommendations are practical and sustainable. Despite not being local, we’ve been able to do our sessions via online, which has made it so much easier to fit into our busy schedule. If you’re looking for a sports nutritionist who is professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in their clients’ success, I highly recommend Accelerate Nutrition. We are so

Had I have known the benefits of working with someone as passionate and knowledgeable as Julian I would have done this sooner! Julian has been a great eye opener and his advice has helped me improve my nutrition and reach my personal goals. he is easy to talk to and understands that we don't all fit into the cookie cutter programs. Highly recommend!

Adheesha has been absolutely wonderful in supporting my NDIS clients. They are professional, approachable, and have a great understanding of how to tailor plans to meet individual needs. The feedback I receive from clients and families is always positive, and it’s clear that their health and confidence have improved since working with them. Communication is excellent and they always go above and beyond to ensure participants feel comfortable and supported. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dietitian who truly makes a difference.
