Google MapsThank you Chris for your help today. I had trouble with the website-ordering so phoned instead. Chris was good value and fixed the order for our charity to supply goods to a local hospital.

Google MapsI made an order online which did not arrive after 2 months. The item was not in stock and they promised only to charge me it was available. Instead they charged me for the item a couple weeks later but had never sent it. When I called them to ask they claimed it was sent to the wrong address. The person was also very rude. I ended up calling my bank and disputed the charges. The item has still not arrived and they have not refunded my money.

Google MapsThis company sold my 81 year very disabled mother a scooter that was clearly unable to be used by her. She rang a week later to return the item and was told by the sales person Chris to give it another go. The scooter has now sat in their spare bedroom for two months never used. I have repeatedly emailed and called them with no response except to say my mother wanted it. She lives in tiny house and the scooter was never able to be used by a one legged one armed person. I am disgusted by this blatant rip off of old people

All products are of the highest quality and we will be purchasing more medical trolley's in the near future.

Google MapsDisappointed. Made an order on the 1/11/20. Usually with healthcare companies I receive orders within 1-2 days of ordering. I acknowledge that we are in tricky times however i called a week after to follow up , to be told that the order will be dispatched on the day and hopefully arrive in the next day. I followed up 2 days later, to be told that the order was still not dispatched. As a health professional there are certain companies that can deliver on time and are reliable with what they say , ASTIR, Whitely Healthcare, ILS. Although its only been one experience, but on behalf of my client currently disappointed with Access Health.
