Acorn Stairlifts Pty Ltd

I can’t thank the staff of Acorn enough for the support provided to us in choosing and installing the chair lift for my 98 year old mother. This has supported her quality of life in being able to access her vegetable garden which means everything to her. Thank you guys!!

We have had a chairlift for several years and we had a problem at the beginning of the week. The company sent someone the same morning. Michael came, he has been here before, and his knowledge and service were fantastic. So polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Acorn were so helpfull and honest when I purchased my outside chair lift. They were very friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the installer. Everything was made and completed so easily. They advised me each step of the way. Very fast installation and a very compatible price. I highly recommend Acorn if you need a chair lift inside or outside your home.

Great service from Acorn, with prompt replies to emails and phone calls and clear explanations of what to expect from the product. Installation was done in a timely manner and went seamlessly. Somehow the appointment managed to avoid all the torrential rain, too! Product is easy to use and as described. The stairlift will ensure our elderly relatives can easily access both levels of the house. Stairlifts are on the expensive side generally but this was a good value investment - you get what you pay for. Very happy with the purchase- thanks, team!

Very happy with the 2 chair lifts installed however I do have one small complain when the machine goes around the bend it is very slow (extremely slow). A revised engineering design could and would eliminate this problem . All other aspects of the 2 chairs I'm happy with, regards Jim.
