After a minor mishap on the stairs Wednesday morning I immediately decided I needed a stairlift, and requested a quote from Acorn. Next morning I received a phone all from Acorn advising they had a representative in the area and he would come and do a measure and quote. The representative, Grant, arrived later that day. Explained all I needed to know and answered my questions. On Friday, I received the official quote which I accepted. As a result my tairlift will be installed by next Friday at the latest. Great service, from my decision to installation in a week! Never had such quick service. Thanks Grant and Kate.

we are fairly new to Acorn Stairlift, the installation seemed easy ours is internal and straight. If there is a problem it would be where the join in the rail occurs. otherwise i think 4 stars is a suitable 'satisfaction rating'. on a humourous note we were charging $10 a go either way, but we have found going up @ $12 and down at $8 cuts out the family freebies!!

No respect for their senior customers. Just had a service done today, the chairlift is used by my mother, who is 84 years old. The chair was service in last August and within less than 3 months it started to play and not working properly, when booking the serviced was told that we will be charged call out fees even though they were here not too long ago...just a ripped off. Today after service was done, they wanted payment immediately, I was out and my wife asked if I can remit the funds later today, the technician spoke with the service manager, Graham, he was given instruction take all the parts out and return even though he spent 2 hours working on the chair. Just pathetic!! My wife paid the technician with her credit card to ensure my mum does not have any more inconvenience. After I returned, I spoke to Graham re their service, but according to him my mum's inconvenience meant nothing and he was correct - customer service!! I am now stuck with the chair and have spent over $17K on it already.

Thank you I am.delighted to have my chairlift installed and it certainly has made my life easier. The installation was very quick and clean and I have no hesitation in recommending Acorn Product.

We are very happy with both our stairlifts. Acorn came out on Friday and one lift was installed next Tuesday and the other on Wednesday, so super fast. Josh, our installer, was excellent and we had a hassle free installation. Both our lifts were curved stair lifts. We would recommend Acorn to anyone wanting a stairlift.
