I cannot thank Reiby and Joslyn at Action Ability enough for their exceptional support with our family’s support coordination. Navigating the NDIS can be very overwhelming, but Reiby’s empathy, compassion, and understanding has made all the difference. Her ability to get things done efficiently lifted a huge weight off my shoulders during a stressful time, helping manage multiple plans with care and expertise. Reiby and Joslyn stepped in when I needed them most, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. I also want to highlight Imelda, our daughter’s art therapist from Action Ability, whose patience and thoughtfulness have been truly remarkable. Her kind approach quickly won our daughter’s trust, and their sessions have become a highlight, allowing our daughter to express her emotions through creativity. I am so grateful for the compassionate and dedicated team at Action Ability they’ve made a profound difference in our lives.
