Chantelle consistently stands out as a Support Coordinator who is genuinely invested in the young people and families she supports. Chantelle is not someone who simply “ticks the box.” She takes the time to check in outside of scheduled meetings, follows up when things need action, and actively helps keep the team moving forward. She is highly engaged in organising and attending care team meetings, making sure the right people are at the table, and ensuring that allied health goals are aligned. One of Chantelle’s biggest strengths is her ability to make progress happen. She understands the NDIS system, funding, plans and service pathways, and uses this knowledge to advocate clearly and appropriately for her participants. Families I have worked with speak highly of Chantelle. Personally, as a clinician, Chantelle is the kind of Support Coordinator every team hopes to work with.

Google MapsI’ve only been linked in with ActionAbility for a short period of time but I can’t express enough how much they have already helped, especially my support coordinator Chantelle who is literally an angel! From the moment I met her I was instantly put at ease with how friendly and reassuring she was not to mention extremely supportive! Communication is never an issue and I can always count on her to get back to me promptly and keep me in the loop with my son’s therapies. I am so thrilled with how much has happened in such a short span of time and I can’t wait to continue working with Chantelle in the future. Honestly the most reliable person I have ever worked with! Would highly recommend ActionAbility and of course Chantelle! Such an amazing bunch of people ☺️☺️
