Google MapsAs a support worker, I recently had the opportunity to work with Joslyn, Reiby, and Sienna for three different clients. Having been used to a more bureaucratic approach from other support coordinators, I was pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm, commitment, and effectiveness all three of them showed in resolving their clients’ issues. They approached each case with care, understanding, and a genuine willingness to help. Since then, I’ve been confidently recommending their company to anyone in need of strong yet compassionate advocacy.
I have been with actionability for a year now, if you want the best of the best across the board, you won’t find it anywhere else and that’s from my own experience. My experience has been phenomenal and that’s an understatement. Joslyn the director herself, has been so hands on and always available for me, and that’s while running Actionability, being a mum and also running the awesome team she has. She’s a superstar. She has been compassionate, caring, understanding and supportive of me every step of my NDIS journey. She is simply in a league of her own, pure professional, attentive and caring support and guidance. I couldn’t find a fault if I tried, every meeting or communication with Joslyn has left me with a smile on my face. She actually cares and does everything she can to deliver excellence. I have had Reiby as my support coordinator. Reiby is the most bubbly, caring and authentic person I’ve ever met. You can genuinely tell she wants the best for you and goes above and beyond to make you feel heard, cared about and valued. She has advocated for me like a soldier, she has always been there with regular check in’s and always reaching out to see how I’m going and if there’s anything I’d like to discuss or look into. She’s professional, empathetic and genuine. You won’t find a better support coordinator, hands down. She is truly the best support I’ve ever had. I’ve never been unsure, confused or felt unsupported or unguided while I’ve been with Reiby. Reiby is my recommendation! I have Sarah as my social worker and she has been a god send! Sarah is the sweetest person you’ll meet, I’m not kidding. She has attended appointments with me, advocated for me, helped me in so many areas and I’m so lucky to have her apart of my team. She’s made a great impact like they all have on my life. Sarah is genuinely a light in the dark and every single interaction I’ve had with her has felt real and genuine. You can tell she cares and sees you as a a person. Sarah has been crucial in my journey and Im indebted to her for all her work. You won’t find better, take it to the bank. Thank you Sarah, truly I’m indebted to you. Thank you Joslyn and Reiby, you’ve helped me through some dark times and made miracles happen. You are all beautiful people and are a shining example of what the NDIS needs. What people who need real support and care need.
