Google MapsEvening, I am Jessika helmers and I've decided to leave a review for the amazing support worker Chantelle Mackin. Chantelle has had the role of taking over from my previous support worker while they are on maternity leave and I have to say so far they have done so much more for me than any other worker I've had previous associated with the NDIS. They always respond quickly and reach out to let me know if any changes. They are also extremely supportive and enjoyable to be around and make me feel comfortable and calm while working with them. I struggle alot with being self conscious or feeling like I'm too much but Chantelle's presence is very reassuring and her gentle demeanour and patience allows me to feel welcomed and heard. Coming from someone who has been in the NDIS for a number of years I am proud to say that if your after a passionate, cheery and commited support worker who is there to lend a hand, Chantelle is by far the best option I've had and I sincerely hope she continues to find joy in her work. Google MapsI could not recommend this company more... If you ever get the chance to get Hannah as a support coordinator, jump at it. She is thorough, compassionate and gives her all for her clients. She is an asset to Action Ability - if the rest of their people are as good as she is (and I have zero reason to doubt it), you will definitely be in good hands.
