Google MapsAvoid using Active Mobility Systems. I have a companion bed and one side is not working. I keep calling to get a service person to look at the bed but I'm told the job is in the system and someone will come out when they are ready!! If it was my side of the bed I would be back in hospital with pressure injuries, they don't seem to care. Once they have the sale support stops. The bed is 3 months old.

Google MapsI received a portable ramp through my Agecare provider, the ramp was to steep for me to use, at approximately 5000$ , far to expensive, they agreed to refund the money less approximately 1000$ for so called storage, and will only refund if in new condition, being out side in the weather , will wait and see ,never deal with them again.

Google MapsZetty has to be one of the worst receptionists in Australia. The way she spoke and looked at me from minute one was demeaning. I was going to walk away but I stayed because I needed to trial an equipment with my client. I have never experienced this kind of treatment since I started working as an occupational therapist.
