This company loses two stars because of Zetty the receptionist is disrespectful & unprofessional she should not be first impressions for Active Mobility! I want give you amazing feedback about Nicholas he is always very professionally via email, over the phone and in person. You need more team members like him and maybe Zetty the miserable receptionist can learn from his exceptional customer service! Nicholas catered for my dads needs and created a seamless customer experience.

We had a problem with the storage wheels on our scooter. Took it in to this place. Andrew helped us out. He found a couple of old wheels that they were not using and put them on our scooter for us - no charge. Great place, great service.

Finding the right mobility equipment can be very challenging but coming in to the showroom and having the caring and knowledgeable staff help me look at my options has made a huge difference. For me, it might take some time to organise all the equipment I need, and I might need different options further into the future, but knowing there are staff I can contact and a wonderful showroom to visit and explore has really helped so much.

We ordered a Air Cushion that was meant to arrive within the week , after waiting more than a week to receive it , I rang my coordinator who chased it up as I was party to the conversation, I could not believe how dysfunctional and lazy were at following up the online ordering process, not only did they not bother to send the order back to the warehouse they never even bothered to check if it was even in stock until we initiated contact a week and half later, meanwhile my client is sitting on a pressure sore and causing her a great deal of pain.
