Google MapsI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the holistic care I have received. Despite my efforts to address concerns with management, I have been met with excuses for staff members' unprofessional behavior, including absenteeism and mishandling of personal belongings. I have taken it upon myself to install security cameras, which have captured evidence of neglect, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism. The footage includes a staff member using her leg to push my dog, while another staff member is seen cleaning up puppy feces from the bathroom with my clothes. When confronted, the staff member denied the incident until I mentioned that I had footage of the event. Furthermore, I have observed a staff member consistently using their phone to communicate with their overseas partner during work hours. I have requested new staff members on multiple occasions, but management has stated that they are unable to accommodate this request. In fact, they have given me until April 14th to vacate the premises, which is concerning given that I am due to give birth on April 16th. I have not been provided with a reason for this request, nor have I been offered alternative housing options or respite. If this matter is not addressed, I will be forced to share photographic evidence, screenshots, and name the individuals involved in my next review.
