i’ve found the team at Aiim Choices always professional, flexible and easy to contact and to talk to. Aiim Choices are very knowledgeable in regards to the NDIS and are a wealth of knowledge and work with you to help you achieve your plan goals. They are very understanding and have a lot of empathy towards their clients . They always offers sound advice. . In my dealings with the Aiim team, i have found they are always very prompt in replying to my emails or telephone calls in regards to any questions I have. The accounting department are very responsive in attending to invoices and payments .
