Aiim Choices plan manage for our three boys. We are now half way through their NDIS plans, and could not be more delighted with the respectful, kind and helpful communication from the team. One thing that was very important to us when we signed with Aiim, was the prompt payment of invoices, as we value our support workers and therapists, and they deserve to be paid on time. AIIM Choices staff are always patient and welcoming. They are efficient and knowledgeable about the NDIS system and work diligently for the benefit of the participants. There is nothing so far that I would say was negative in any way. AIIM Choices pay their invoices on time and don't just process invoices. They are helpful with supporting participants to understand how their budget is going to make sure they get the most out of their plans.

To be completely honest I didn't think a plan manager 'could' be celebrated by the clients that they manage, but every person that I see who is managed by AIIM describes loving the service provided. Everyone says "they are amazing, personable and are on my side." So well done AIIM, kicking goals for your business and the people you support.
