Google MapsThis company has a very high needs disabled client. She is managed by this couple named Nahid and Moawad- the directors of the company. They came to my home in which their client an NDIS participant; my sister lives in. Awad was aggressive, and had no professionalism with dealing with clients family members. From an immediate family member perspective, I have the right to know when my sisters appointments are and whether there have been any progress in their scheduling. My father has asked for appointments to be made for nutritionist- dietitian months and months ago, and still nothing has been done. From our perspective, I asked when the appointment date was , as my sister has put on so much weight which is not a healthy amount as she is incapable of doing any physical exercise and relies heavily on Jevity (which is a high caloric liquid). I explain that we care about our sister and she is getting overweight. Moawad replies and says “I’m fat too” I say to him, “well you’re not disabled and capable of looking after yourself”. What an insensitive comment to make to someone!!! Both Nahid and Moawad reply that they have made that appointment a month ago and there have been no reply. Somehow it escalated and he starts raising his voice and saying I have no authority over my sister and that he only listens to my father. Again I’m not asking for authority, I was asking if there have been any appointments that have been made. He then replies and talks about how I’m a teacher and how I should be dealing with people? Again irrelevant, as I’m not in a teaching environment and I’m a family member to the client and is concerned about my sisters wellbeing . He was aggressive and took a stamp out of my hand in which I was using to stamp my sister’s name on her clothes to organise her wardrobe, he asks why I needed to do that? I can organise my sisters wardrobe, again in my own home! I lost a bit of my cool as I am the sister of a very high needs NDIS participant, and I want to see something being done for her wellbeing as it has been months where nothing about her diet has changed. I am disappointed with the way he was acting in my response, aggressive-taking things out of my hand, shouting and yelling things at me in Arabic, most likely slurs. I then tell him to leave as he is shouting at me, and I said if he doesn’t leave I will call the cops. He says “do it”.I say again get out of my house. He finally leaves, then starts shouting at his wife to leave whilst she was trying to cool the situation down. Highly inappropriate man. Nahid drives around the block trying to be secretive after a workers shift, the worker gets into her car and she drives away. Later we see her dropping the worker, and the worker leaves to head home. We don’t know why she needs to pick up a worker from the house for a report. She then walks into my home, to check up on her workers. She then leaves, and calls another worker. The worker has the phone on speaker, then the worker says “Hi Nahid” nahid replies “don’t say my name and put me off speaker, I don’t want them hearing, I’m going to text you something ”. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Another thing to mention, was that my sisters last NDIS manager Tina, used her funds to get a laser hair appointment with my sister. USING HER money to treat herself. We have proof of this as Tina got fired. We have given this company too many chances. if you are thinking of going to this company, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS REVIEW. I will be making a formal complaint to the NDIA and the NDIS on mistreatment and unprofessionalism to the family. Especially on how they are using my sisters funds. From our experience, we feel that they are untrustworthy and we deem them to be unsafe. * EDITED RESPONSE* in reply to Anthony (the managing director) Thanks Anthony for your comment, your comments are distasteful as you are the son of the director who harassed me in my home. We will still be taking this further.

Google MapsDealt with Alfadi giving hand for a long time and finding them very honest, caring, and professional. Nhaid and Adel are very genuine people who do their best to assist all their clients and provide a great service. I also like to mention the exceptional service, care, and communication skills of Christina, who goes above and beyond in her care and service. A compassionate person who understands the needs and challenges of people with disabilities and has their interests and comfort in her mind. She's always happy and willing to assist. I highly recommend Alfadi for anyone who is looking for an excellent, exceptional, and professional NDIS service provider. A care with passion.
