Alfadi Giving Hand

I am extremely disappointed with Giving Hand as my son's NDIS Plan Manager. They failed to process claims for essential therapy services and continued to claim administrative fees under Choice and Control without actually doing the work. I had to chase them multiple times to get invoices paid and gave them several opportunities to improve, but nothing changed. Having to follow up constantly on invoicing completely defeats the purpose of having a Plan Manager in the first place. Eventually, I had no choice but to change to a new Plan Manager. Giving Hand is no longer managing my son's NDIS plan, and I am now requesting a refund for the funds they claimed without fulfilling their responsibilities. Warning to others: Stay away from Giving Hand. Their lack of accountability and poor management of my son's essential services was beyond frustrating. Do yourself a favor and find a Plan Manager who actually does their job.
