Google MapsThe best decision we ever made for our daughter! Kara, owner and SLP of Aligned Horizon’s is literally a gem! Our daughter has displayed speech difficulties and delays from early on. We received therapy in the past which was helpful. Once our daughter turned three we knew that we would need some additional support and continued therapy. Kara held the evaluation at our home and was a huge hit with our daughter immediately (she can sometimes be resistant to other adults or when compliance is needed for evals). We have seen so much progress in a few short months and are thrilled to have found someone who is such a great fit! The difference in her receptiveness to the therapy and Kara herself is a significant improvement from our first therapist. I think this is a combination of her knowledge, experience and ability to connect with kids in a way that THEY need and not one approach fits all. We are also so grateful that Kara is willing and able to go to our daughter’s pre-school for therapy which works so well for our families schedule. I am so grateful to have been recommended such an incredible speech therapist and will continue to recommend her to any friend, student or family member who made need for speech support.
