Asked me to be part of a performance review in the very first meeting which should have been a big red flag. Was allocated a staff member brand new to the role, which was not ideal as a new participant. I also felt pressured to change my SC funding to agency managed unnecessarily, which has caused difficulties since.

Such a friendly and supportive team. The Director, Support Coordinators and Support Workers are all approachable, caring and genuinely helpful. You can really tell they care about the people they support. ❤️
