Had an overall positive experience with this ndis provider which is well organised and efficient. The support workers are of high quality and well trained in engaging with clients. Management tries to find a good match of support worker with participants which is of great benefit .

My experience with alya support worker has been great but they need to encourage the workers to read the client files before going to the shift so they know what is going on for the day and with the client

I met Peter Keith, Managing Director of Alya, through the community at a time when I was desperately seeking meaningful support for my son, who lives with a complex mental health condition. I had been searching for someone who would genuinely work toward recovery and rebuilding a life, not just provide a service. I was drawn to Peter because of the way he interacts with people — with kindness, respect and authenticity. He has been a true lifeline for our family. His knowledge, proactive approach and unwavering positivity have made an enormous difference. Most importantly, he was the first person who truly engaged with my son in a way that built trust and gave him hope. Alya is incredibly fortunate to have leadership that is so compassionate and committed to recovery-focused support. As they establish themselves in this area, I believe they will make a real difference to many families like ours.
