Both my wife and I have been clients of Mitch for many years. We have been with him since he started his own business. Nothing is too difficult for him and has always been able to provide exercises and advice for the problems that arise. Plantar Fasciitis for example in my case. We recommend Mitch for any people who need his services.

Google MapsAs a massage therapist who shares clinic space with Mitch, I can most definitely recommend not only his services, but also his care, attention and professionalism with his clients. He is the EP I refer my clients to, and has a great reputation with other allied helath and medical professionalsI have met in the redcliffe area. Mitch is most definitely a good egg!
Hi everyone, My name is Paddy, and I am diagnosed with PTSD. As part of my recovery and return-to-work plan, one of the goals was to address some of the behavioural and mental health challenges I was experiencing. To be honest, I never imagined that seeing an exercise physiologist would play such an important role in my recovery journey. When I first met Mitch, I was extremely anxious. Like many people, I questioned how exercise could possibly help with what I was going through mentally and emotionally. At the time, I struggled to see the connection between physical activity and improving my overall wellbeing. Fast forward six sessions, and my perspective has completely changed. Not only have I noticed significant improvements in my physical health, but more importantly, I have experienced positive changes in my mental and emotional wellbeing. I feel more focused, more resilient, and better equipped to manage the challenges that come with PTSD. The sessions have given me structure, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. Before starting, I hadn’t exercised regularly for a long time. Like many people, I often used being busy with work as an excuse. Looking back now, I realise how important it is to prioritise both physical and mental health, regardless of how demanding life becomes. I genuinely believe that exercise physiology should be considered a core component of mental health treatment and recovery. The benefits extend far beyond physical fitness. In my experience, it works hand-in-hand with the support provided by my GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, and rehabilitation case manager. Together, these professionals have formed a comprehensive support network, and exercise has become a vital piece of that puzzle. Mitchell has been instrumental in this process. He is knowledgeable, articulate, approachable, and has a calm, reassuring demeanour that immediately puts you at ease. He takes the time to listen, understands individual circumstances, and creates an environment where you feel supported rather than judged. I’ve shared with Mitch how much value I’ve gained from attending his practice, and I feel strongly that physical exercise should not be viewed as an optional extra in mental health recovery. Instead, it should be recognised as an inclusive and essential part of the overall treatment approach. Thank you, Mitch, for your professionalism, support, and guidance. The positive impact you’ve had on my recovery journey has been significant, and I am truly grateful.
I have been working with Mitch for 18 months at Redcliffe. I was seeking assistance with Exercise and Dietary measures related to Diabetes II. Mitch has excellent knowledge of the Diabetes arena, and dispenses advice in a calm, relevant manner. The exercise regime is targeted to assist in achieving a sensible level of fitness that befits an Octogenarian. I genuinely recommend joining with Mitch, your well-being will be enhanced.
I have been working with Mitch for the last couple of years and his professional, knowledge and friendly personality keep me coming back regularly. Originally introduced through my Doctor for weight loss, he has helped me continue my journey to better health. I would strongly recommend Mitch for anyone either needing a change in lifestyle or for those needing to get back on track!
