Google MapsThe only reason I do not give one star is that there are much worse services in this sector.

Google MapsIn my opinion, Just another support coordination company that will rip your plan to shreds. Steer clear of this company.

Google MapsRachael and the team have been professional and patient, helping now a number of my clients navigate a convoluted NDIS system. Thank you!

Google MapsVery rude and dismissive. Sent someone to my place who was unprofessional and very discriminating. When I tried speaking to the owner on the phone I didn't get an apology just the classic dismissive line of "sorry you feel that way". They were also unable to confirm appointments and has absolutely no understanding of neurological disabilities and ignored even simple yes or no questions. Seems like it was stated up by someone who just wanted to get ndis money from disabled people without actually assisting them in an exploitative way. Save yourself the stress and find another company before you hear them say "maybe you should go somewhere else" without trying to make the bare minimum of accommodations.
