What means does this company use to endorse and accept a client who is vulnerable and has limited cognitive tools? Participant feels they didn’t have informed consent how does this company know they have enthusiastic consent

Sophie Moss has been my support co-ordinator and she is fantastic ! No contact for 1yr and then when plan was up for renewal I get a email, in email they used incorrect name for my son, ur just a number with these guys, don't recommend if u actually need support and help managing your plan
