I was in and out of the office very fast. Everyone working were very helpful, professional and caring. I will definitely continue to go to AFC Urgent Care!

Went to the clinic on a Sat morning at 10:00. Was the 2nd person in the waiting room, and was called within 15 minutes after checking in. Staff was courteous. In and out within a half hour. Great experience!!

Very pleasant receptionist, greeted me with a smile , explained check in process, answered my questions and had a great personality, very professional too…… The nurse practitioner was also very pleasant to talk to, listens to my problems and concerns and very professional. Good bedside manner. Overall I definitely would revisit if I needed an urgent care. This was my first time int my experience was great. Clinic was clean and reception was was organized very neat.

Everyone was very nice, and the process was really quick. However, after my exam they told me everything looked fine (including my ears). I asked for a flu test, but they refused because my husband was positive for the flu. They said “well just assume”. She told me to rest, drink fluids, and treat my symptoms. I woke up feeling much worse today, and I went to a different urgent care, and they told me I definitely had an ear infection. They prescribed me a steroid to help me breathe, and an antibiotic for my ears.

Worst urgent care I’ve been too. No urgency, not much help towards the injury either. Had to be over 100$ for a co pay just for them to do nothing. Waste of time.
