Google MapsTakes a lot to exceed my expectations but this service provider excels consistently. On the very rare occasion they make an error (hey, we're all human) they acknowledge and rectify very quickly. Their reporting service is top notch and flags potential evolving issues long before the official government systems do so. They have a lot of in-depth technical knowledge of the NDIS but their customer service is always easy going, friendly and supportive. We've gone thru a few Support Coordinators in the past 3 years but stayed with the same Plan Manager and for good reason.

Google MapsI can see some of my own providers have left good reviews. It makes sense. In many years with them hsalth assure have never checked or contested an invoice and pay them in 2 days. This is amazing for providers. However they dont actually check invoices and anyone with an abn is paid. For vulnerable or self managed clients id caution using this company. Im also scared theyd retaliate against me for this review, which shows a bit about the landscape out there and if its participants first or profit. They pay any invoice, at all, that comes through to them.
