From the owners through to all the various staff, each and every one have treated me with dignity, respect, kindness and the utmost care. In the disability sector (and let's not kid ourselves sadly it has morphed into an unscrupulous industry) that is as rare as hen's teeth. From a professional perspective they have exceeded my expectations on all levels. Invoices are addressed expediently, payments to providers are fast and they offer services way beyond what the NDIS pays them for.
