Your tailored programs are unmatched and I appreciate the time you take to have a friendly chat or provide advice when required. The facilities are elite and are continually improving in ways that have not been seen at any other gym before - they are genuinely “raising the bar”. On top of this, the staff are knowledgeable and truly care which has created an environment that inspires personal growth and improvement.

Completed a sweat test to help me put in place an effective hydration plan. The service provided was excellent with good intuitive follow up information on how to keep my body properly hydrated whilst undertaking extreme exercise. Highly recommended if you are interested in getting peak performance whilst maintaining the bodies required minerals.

I love training with such a chill and easygoing staff. I highly recommend the wonderful trainer, Chris. He is an amazing trainer and very considerate. All the staff, in general, are great to work with and foster a highly inclusive environment.

I highly recommend Athletics Institute for any athlete seeking to enhance their skills. The youth athletic program is an excellent platform for young athletes to further develop their talents. Corey and his team display exceptional knowledge and professionalism with the youth. The availability of a comprehensive facility that offers everything under one roof gives convenience to the experience. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her training sessions with the team at AI.
