What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with Janice I discussed with her the items I wanted and she sourced them from your warehouses ordering, payment and delivery was easy but it would have been alot harder without Janice's assistance

They are very quick to send in their NDIS invoice. Shame they aren't as quick to answer support emails. Have emailed twice & still no response. Their tracking doesn't work either. Too many other places to purchase from to bother with them again.
