Customer service was fantastic, I got an email to confirm that what I had ordered was correct. Extremely efficient, my order came within a couple of days and extremely easy to fit. I would recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Ausnew is ripping off the NDIS and more critically, reducing the allocated amount a person has for all services. The prices are 3-6 times higher than one can buy the same items on eBay! This company is clearly milking the NDIS gravy train which ultimately affects how much funding a person can claim. Google the products before buying from this online store, as there are far cheaper options elsewhere.

Janice is a beautiful caring person and I'd like to thank her for sending me another toilet seat riser, when mine went missing from Couriers please (which isn't the 1st time they've lost something of mine. It's about the 3rd time would never use them, not recommend them to anyone) I called her to see when it would be delivered to find it had disappeared. She swiftly sent me another and her call back, checking to see if I'd received it yet. Was so reassuring. Thank you Janice 💞💞💞
