Met at the location on time as had been arranged, very friendly and surveyed the scene, and fully explained the procedure and the requirements. Over the next 4 days carried out what was required, and did an excellent job considering the task at hand and what was presented. 10/10.

Google MapsWe engaged Aust Decon to assist with getting my mother's house back to a clean and safe condition following a recent hospital stay. Steve and Tess met us at the property the next day and provided a clearly outlined and reasonable quote within 36 hours. They were able to start the job quickly and their compassionate, genuine approach was fantastic. Communication with them was easy and they were quick and accurate in response to a few questions after the job was completed. Thanks to the thorough work of Tess, Steve and their team, mum is able to continue to live independently in her home. The house is cleaner, safer and more organised than it's ever been! We can't thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again if needed.
