Aust Decon Specialised Cleaning Services

Based on my experience, I highly recommend Aust Decon specialised cleaning. I rang Steve at 9.00am, met him on site for an assessment and quote at 1pm, and the property was cleaned the next day. Hugely impressed with the results, and what it means to my family to have this property cleaned. The time saved, and not having the emotional trauma of having to do the cleaning myself was invaluable. And ment I could spend that time with family, during a challenging time for us all. Highly recommend Steve and the team. 5 stars.

Aust Decon Cleaning were amazing to deal with! They were respectful and professional through the entire process. They were transparent, breaking down the various costs in their quote and they provided us with daily updates whilst completing the job. We were also on an incredibly tight timeline and they managed to finish to job ahead of schedule. Thank you Tess and Steve!

I was in a bit of a tight spot, and Stephen really helped me out on short notice. Super friendly, down-to-earth, and quick to respond. It’s rare to come across someone so willing to lend a hand and genuinely care about helping others. Really appreciated the support

Wow absolutely deserving of the highest rating. My 96yo dad had a nasty fall and then decided to tramp blood all through the house on wool carpets. An amateur but earnest cleanup attempt by my niece made it even worse! Steve came to the rescue and was amazing! I sent him pictures in the afternoon, he quoted immediately and was able to do the job the next morning. My house proud 94yo mum was so delighted, they honestly looked as clean as new and he did some of mum’s rugs too. I can’t speak highly enough of Steve and his business, he is empathetic, great humour, fantastic service and an amazing outcome. Would highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning including crime scenes 🤣🤣.

fantastic service from start to finish! rang steve, came the same day for a quote. next day they were there to do the job!! helped me out so much! extremely grateful to him and his team
