Ordered what I thought was a bronze / mineral zinc cream and paid the same amount in shipping as we did the product. It came and it was clear zinc cream. I can't even request an exchange or credit, since their returns policy doesn't even allow this action for creams. Part of the blame goes to me for not triple checking the product I ordered, but the website definitely doesn't make it easy as it displays hardly any pictures of the product it sells. Its return policy also isn't great.

I went to this place for pregnancy support belt as it was highly recommended by many women on social media. They told me that APE does fittings to make sure the belt is right for you. When I went there there were support belts available, but I felt the customer service was lacking, the lady told me I can try it on but she doesn't do fittings as they aren't qualified. So basically it was up to me to guess which belt was suitable. There was also a noticeably unpleasant body odour, I'm honestly not trying to be rude but I had to breathe through my mouth not to be nauseated. I like the range of products but I don't know if I would return due to this unpleasant experience.

We has such a pleasant experience with all the young ladies at APE. They were very helpful and had a great sense if humour. They obviously enjoyed working there. I hope management appreciates them and rewards them suitably.

Purchased a unloader Knee brace , brace was well designed very functional . Young lady/staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. she spent 15 mins adjusting my brace so it was the perfect fit and worked acccordingly. Great service

I made a purchase online from Ape Medical. I was amazed when the parcel arrived 2 days later. The service is fast and efficient. The parcel was obviously posted out very quickly. I can only compare this with other orders and no one comes close to matching this company. We'll done staff at Ape.
