Google MapsFound the perfect knee scooter at APE Medical, at the budget end of the Redgum range but excellent quality. This little scooter was a godsend after foot surgery - easy to assemble, sturdy and manoeuvrable - and chosen because it was the most adaptable height wise for my petit frame. It even comes with a handy carrier bag on the handlebars, which is much more practical than the wire baskets on some, at no extra cost. After sales service provided by Mary was exceptional, cannot recommend APE and their product range highly enough.

Google MapsMade an order for products and needed them to arrive last week. When they arrived I received the wrong items, shipped back the items that were incorrectly sent and told them I needed the items to be sent in order to arrive last week as it was urgent. Was told that once incorrect items are sent back they will send correct ones. This means I will receive the items I needed last week 2-3 weeks late. Requested a refund on the items that were not correctly sent and no reply for 1 week now. Will most likely contact bank for a chargeback since 0 communication from APE. Will also not buy products from them again and will look for another supplier for the products I need due to this poor management of the situation. Ticked off on the invoice correct items were sent but clearly wasn't the case.
