Google MapsI needed a knee brace “yesterday” and it seemed I would have to wait until I could get an appointment elsewhere. After a dozen phone calls I contacted APE Medical and the staff were most helpful. On entering the business I was greeted by a lovely Lady named Jen who couldn’t do enough to help me. I was fitted with the brace, no fuss, no bother. Thank you so much APE Medical and especially Jen. Bev Swanson.

Google MapsNeeded a $425 top-of-the-line achilles repair boot. Front desk competence abysmal. Retrieved wrong size (too large) then got huffy when I demonstrated it was clearly too large and validated it in the appliance manual . Got handed off to "the most experienced with these" who failed to set plantar flexion correctly. Then got huffy when I asked they double-check it was set correctly, which they insisted it was. Got home to find it set INcorrectly. You we're dealing with someone in pain struggling on crutches who had to be driven to your store for service to buy an expensive appliance having forewarned that I was coming. Least you could do is have trained staff on hand. I think I knew more from 5 minutes of reading the manual between size and staff changes than they did among all of them. Frustrating, disappointing and the last thing I needed right then.

Google MapsAmazing range of physio aids. In my case, I required an elbow brace. Staff are super friendly and efficient. I bought a second brace this time so that I have a spare. Thoroughly recommend.
