Google MapsI checked a couple of places for a medical supplies yet being sceptical about the authenticity of the product. However I found the right place APE medical Osborne Park. The product was genuine and service was very professional. If I needed any medical supplies again I would without doubt go to this place.

Google Maps***WARNING*** Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this company, APE Medical! Ordered a Medcline Pillow back in OCT 25 and awaited it's supposed delivery for over 3 months!!! Initially told in stock, with absolutely no mention of any concerns when they took my order & $$. THEN, I kept being told 'supplier delays' and its 'on back-order' bla bla bla... eventually I gave up and opted for a refund... To this day - still nothing and no refund - just false promises that it is being processed and that the accounts manager is 'onto it' and the customer service team will 'personally see to it that I get my refund'! I have had to chase up every single stage of this process and they have done NOT ONE THING to make it better in any way... Absolute waste of time and energy and effort! If I could give negative stars I absolutely would as this company has just wasted my time with absolutely NO regard to the customer experience! SO ANGRY 😡😡😡 I recommend avoiding APE Medical.

Google MapsThe products are ok but if you are after a refund good luck. They received my return over 2 weeks ago and after numerous phone calls and emails I still haven't got my refund. So just be sure before you purchase as the refund policy is a lottery.
