Extremely helpful guidance and service - took the time to understand what was required and why and have fantastic suggestions. Have not experienced such great and genuine customer service in a while ! Thank you for your help!

The gentleman who served me was extremely patient as I wasn't sure if a needed a walker or just a walking stick. I was able to take his advice by buying a stick with a three pronged rubbery base which he fitted, showing me as to the correct way to hold the handle and adjusted the length of the walking stick.

Ann and her team are very friendly ,informative and helpful with providing assistance and good choices on products. Getting equipment for my sister's disability at short notice they where very very helpful .
