Google MapsI went to B Smart at Caringbah today to get a device to help me with hernias. Josh served me and he was extremely polite and informative and I left with an abdominal brace. When I got home and wore it for a few minutes it was not covering my lower abdomen. I rang Josh again and there were no problems exchanging for a bigger size. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back again

Google MapsDisappointing and disrespectful service, I would not recommend this. We have visited this store three times now, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Whether it's Ann or the older woman who works there, the staff come across as cold, unwelcoming, and lacking even the most basic courtesy — no smile, no warmth, and a clear unwillingness to help. My elderly father purchased $120 compression socks, which developed a run after being worn only four times. When we returned to explain the issue, we were met with immediate defensiveness and rudeness from Ann. She repeatedly interrupted my father, telling him to “stop” rather than simply listening to what he was trying to explain. Her tone was dismissive, and she showed zero empathy. We were told it was our fault for not purchasing gloves — which we were never informed were essential. The original staff member who sold us the socks (Stephan) was wonderful: patient, respectful, and clear. Unfortunately, Ann treated us like we were somehow beneath her, and when I questioned how a non-English speaker would know the glove requirement if not told, she accused me of insulting her. It was a baffling and inappropriate response. We were offered a free glove or $10 off new socks, but this isn’t about money. It’s about being treated with dignity and receiving clear, respectful service — both of which were lacking. If you're from an ethnic background, be warned: you may not receive the same level of respect or care here. We left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and deeply disappointed — both in the staff and the quality of the product.

Google MapsThe staff at Trugrade, especially Kerry (Technician) and Tina (Customer Service Specialist ) are great models of Customer Care and Service. I was requested by my vascular specialist to source compression socks from them. Tina was very patient and helpful, guiding me, my hand free phone, to locate their shop quickly and safely. At one stage she was prepared to step outside the shop to flag me down. She definitely is all about Customer Care and a very pleasant personality. Kerry demonstrated her wide expertise in compression socks wear. She was not out there to just sell me a product, rather she was more focused on imparting her learnings onto me including how to easily slip them on, how to treat them to maintain elasticity and making sure I order the right product. Kerry gave some helpful do’s and don’t for wearing normal socks on the other leg that isn’t impacted by clots and swellings. Great team, made it a very enjoyable experience in today’s world of stress and pain.
