Balance Group Australia Pty Ltd

Had an absolutely amazing experience with these guys. They were so lovely and accommodating to our needs. Such helpful caring staff. But a big shout out to Mel D for her help. We appreciate you 🙏 …

Balance Mobility - have an extensive range of mobility aids. Staff Member Monique was a wealth of knowledge offering the best advice on products and options that was required. Unlike other companies I have dealt with. You can't go wrong with the friendly team at Balance Mobility.

We spent an hour or so this morning with Tenika at the Browns Plains store choosing a wheelie walker for my elderly mum. Tenika was so helpful! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Thank you so much to Monique and Zender for their care and attention to detail recently when purchasing 2 Theorem lift chairs for my 87 year old Mum and 93 year old Dad. Their service was fantastic and I would highly recommend their products and services.

The staff are great, the process of hiring an electric wheelchair was easy. Unfortunately the wheelchair collapsed with my elderly father in law in it and he sustained some injury from this. On return the chair collapsed again when a staff member tried it out. Returned it two days early after only using it on two occasions as it was just too dangerous and risky to use. The chair itself was also barely functional on slopes and ramps as the wheels skid rather than turning. Just posting this review as a warning to people who might be hiring a mobility aid to make sure it's in good condition and safe.
